Current Dallas Pricing

Client Pricing & Estimated 45% Artist Compensation

These amounts are estimates based on current standard Dallas client pricing. Exact compensation and approved additional pay are shown before an artist accepts an assignment.

2026 Pricing Is Still Being Finalized

OnSiteGlam is still reviewing and updating Dallas pricing for new 2026 bookings. The pricing shown on this page is a working guide and may be adjusted before a new wedding is officially booked.

Weddings that are already booked will remain at the original client price and artist compensation that were approved when the assignment was accepted.

  • Example 1: A wedding booked at the previous $275 bridal hair-and-makeup price stays at that price.
  • Example 2: A wedding booked at the previous bridal-party rate keeps that approved rate.
  • Example 3: A new wedding booked after the updated 2026 pricing is published will use the new price.

Artists will always see the exact service pay, travel pay and any additional compensation before accepting a wedding.

Artist Payment Setup

How Square Payroll Works

OnSiteGlam uses Square Payroll to securely pay approved independent contractors. Do not create a separate payroll account before receiving your private invitation from OnSiteGlam.

1. Receive Your Invitation

After approval, OnSiteGlam sends a Square Payroll invitation to the professional email address connected to your artist profile.

2. Complete Your Secure Profile

Open the invitation and enter your legal name, address, taxpayer information and preferred payment details directly inside Square.

3. Choose Direct Deposit

Add your bank information securely through Square if you want direct deposit. OnSiteGlam does not need your full banking information by email, text or Slack.

4. Review Each Payment

After an assignment is completed and approved, OnSiteGlam submits the contractor payment through Square Payroll. You receive a notification and can review your payment history in your Square account.

5. Allow Processing Time

Standard contractor direct deposit generally arrives four business days after OnSiteGlam submits the payment. Weekends and bank holidays are not business days.

6. Access Your 1099-NEC

Square prepares and electronically files the applicable Form 1099-NEC and makes the digital form available through your Square account. You are responsible for reviewing your information and filing your own taxes.

Important Security and Tax Information

Never send your Social Security number, taxpayer identification number, W-9, full bank account number or routing number through email, text message, Slack, Connecteam or a general website form. Enter sensitive information only through your secure Square Payroll invitation.

Independent-contractor taxes are not withheld like employee payroll taxes. Artists are responsible for their own federal, state and local tax obligations.
